Individual and Systemic Impacts of Implicit Bias on Midwifery Education
This brief presentation explores the basics of implicit bias and its relationship to issues of equity in midwifery education. In particular, we discuss how implicit bias on both an individual and systemic or institutional level impacts midwifery curriculum and the experiences of students, particularly students of color.
